Buddhist Jodi: Terms and Conditions

 

1. Buddhist Jodi Matrimony service is offered by Buddhist Jodi Company enabling its members to avail the services of a Dedicated Relationship Manager ('RM') throughout the tenure of the membership who will

  • Create a detailed profile
  • Get the profile verified
  • Search for suitable matches based on specific criteria
  • Screen the profiles matching to the member's profile
  • Send weekly updates on interest received and matches
  • Initiate contact and arrange meetings with approved matches

 

2. Short listing and Initiating Contact:

  • In the case of male members, the RM will contact potential matches only if the difference in age is less than 10 years. If the age difference is more than 10 years then the RM will assist till the shortlist stage but the member will have to contact the other party themselves.
  • The RM will contact potential matches that are of the same age or older for female members. In case of matches that are younger, the RM will assist till the shortlist stage but the member will have to contact the other party themselves.
  • In case of Divorcees, the RM will only shortlist and contact other Divorcee/Widow profiles. For all other marital status profiles, the member will have to contact the other party themselves.
  • For all members, the RM will contact potential matches that are of the same religion as that of the member. For all other religion profiles, the member will have to contact the other party themselves.

 

3. During this subscription period a member shall be entitled to avail all the services of a RM mentioned in clause (1)

4. The RM shall call/email the member once in a week (as per the convenience of the Member) and shall pass on all the lead and give updates

5. RM is authorized to login to your Times Assisted Matrimony Profile as he/she works on your behalf to initiate contact with other members

6. For any requests or queries the member can write an email or call the RM during their working hours for assistance. RM will be available between 9:30am-6:00pm/Monday-Saturday

7. Acceptance of members expressed interest is wholly and solely at the discretion of the members. RM shall not coerce or insist a member to accept your interest even if you are very keen on the person

8. RM shall assist you in fixing up a meeting with a prospect if both parties are willing. Member needs to take due precautionary measures at your cost.

9. Confidential/Private information will not be disclosed unless the member approves the same via email

10. The RM may change due to reasons beyond Company's Control, though the Company would try and keep a single RM throughout the period of membership

11. To avoid any miscommunication/ misrepresentation, there should be only one point of contact from the member's side with the RM and the name and details of such one point of contact should be conveyed to the company while accepting Times Assisted Matrimony membership itself

12. Times Assisted Matrimony membership will expire once you have found a partner on or outside Times Assisted Matrimony platform

13. Simply Marry will entertain all the complaints and requests during paid membership duration. For any complaints received after the membership is over, Buddhist Jodi is not liable for the amount paid by you.

14. Refund policy

  • Times Assisted Matrimony Money Back Guarantee Scheme is offered only to customers residing in India and eligible for rupee prices.
  • A member who has subscribed to Times Assisted Matrimony can ask for refund amount within 15 days of subscription.
  • Refund will be given only if service team has not been able to send any profile to the client. In no other case, will refund be processed.
  • The entire process of settling the refund by way of cheque by post will take about 25-30 days from intimation of refund call from the member.
  • The amount refunded will be two thirds of the amount paid.
  • No other liabilities implied or expressed anywhere else shall accrue upon refund.
